I am a knowledgeable and hands-on social media manager with experience creating content, growing channels, building partnerships, working with influencers, developing a content strategy, and analyzing data to prioritize high-performing content.
As Hopscotch's Social Media Manager, I pioneered, designed, and managed the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube accounts. Bringing thousands of organic followers through content and engagement and thousands of followers through ads and sponsored posts, I achieved the company's growth KPI while building the company's brand awareness among parents and clinicians.

BIPOC Mental Health Month Campaign
BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month is a national July observance to bring awareness to disparities in mental health care for marginalized communities. This observance aligns with Hopscotch's industry (mental health) and mission (expanding access to behavioral healthcare).
I developed a campaign to address 4 topics throughout the month:
Week 1: Outlining the problem and prevalence
Week 2: Fighting mental health stigma
Week 3: Building self-esteem for children of color
Week 4: Lack of diversity in mental health providers
By raising awareness about mental health and outlining Hopscotch's plans to address these disparities, I was able to make the company a part of a timely and relevant social media conversation while sharing our available providers.
"Ask an Expert" Series
As a startup in the mental health space, one of Hopscotch's goals was to gain trust among the parent audience.

I also found through research that parents had a lot of questions about their child's behavior and use social media to find answers.
I created an Ask an Expert series, where I could pull from the expertise of Hopscotch therapists to create video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website.

The videos continue to be the company's most high-performing content, attracting over 25k views and increasing the company's Instagram reach by over 85%.
"Soulo" Social Media
As Soulo's marketing lead, I collaborate with our graphic designer to create a cohesive and on-brand online presence.
"RheoHero" Sports Company Social Media Manager
As a UX Designer and CMO at "RheoHero", I created the company's brand identity and graphic design guidelines. I used this brand identity to design posts for the company's Instagram and Facebook profiles that would resonate with the athlete, coach, and parent audience.
"RheoHero" National Student-Athlete Day Campaign
One of RheoHero's target audiences and end-users is high school athletes. Through research, I learned that many high school athletes and their parents have the ultimate goal of playing in college. They look up to college athletes and watch NCAA games.
For National Student-Athlete Day, I reached out to D1 athletes from a variety of colleges and had them share quotes about their experiences and learnings as a college athlete. I created graphics using RheoHero's branding and tagged the athletes in the posts.
The posts were shared 30x more than our typical posts, reaching new accounts, and growing RheoHero's following. We were able to grow our presence and credibility without using our marketing budget and started relationships with athletes that we could work with for the future when the brace was released.
